As President and CEO of Western Alliance Trust Company, N.A., Jocelyn Lynch oversees all aspects of the business, which includes collateralized loan obligation (CLO) trustee, loan facility administration and custody products. Prior to joining Western Alliance, she spent seven years at Wells Fargo Corporate Trust in a business development role covering the CLO market and 19 years at BNY Mellon in various corporate trust and custody capacities and roles.

Based in Pennsylvania, Ms. Lynch is a seasoned banking executive who has worked in senior-level capacities across multiple business lines. She has a significant background and expertise in the levered loan and custodial markets and services. She joined Western Alliance in April 2022 to help start and grow the corporate trust business.

Tammy Bliek is a senior vice president in the Corporate Trust group at Western Alliance Trust Company, N.A. Based in Houston, she has several years of experience working with collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), leveraged financing transactions and separately managed accounts (SMAs). She works with leading investment banks, collateral managers and various market participants in the CLO market.

Prior to joining Western Alliance, she spent 22 years working in the structured products industry with JPMorgan and Wells Fargo Bank. Her responsibilities have ranged from business development activities to leading the Houston office client service teams and loan administration teams.

Scott Mann joined the Western Alliance Trust Company, N.A. in 2022 to manage the client services team focused on collateralized loan obligations (CLO), leveraged loan services and custody. Mr. Mann, who is based in Maryland, has more than 16 years of corporate trust experience. He joined Western Alliance Trust Company, N.A., from Computershare and Wells Fargo Bank, where he served in many different capacities including managing several client service teams involved with CLOs, leveraged loan facilities and custody. For the last five years, he was responsible for building out and leading the Securities Custody team within their corporate trust business.

Prior to Wells Fargo and Computershare, Mr. Mann worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Company as a bank examiner. Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Northeastern University in Boston.
